Leadership Salinas Valley
Leadership Salinas Valley is a 20-week program that begins in February. The goal of the program is to identify and train potential community leaders and assist them in reaching their professional and personal goals. Participants gain the knowledge and direction they need to achieve greater self and community awareness through a combination of academic training, community exposure, small group interaction and team projects.

Class sessions are held from 5:30 to 8:30pm on Monday nights, from February 3rd until mid-June (For exact dates and a few exceptions, please see the Program Datasheet above). Class location: Central Coast Builders Association, 20 Quail Run Circle, Suite A in Salinas. The investment for tuition, meals, and materials for the program is $1500, which is normally due prior to the first class. Some scholarships are available. To apply for a scholarship, simply request it when you submit your application. The Candidate Review committee will discuss your needs with you during an in-person interview, which is scheduled with all prospective class members.
