Business Mission to China!The Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce will once again participate in a business trade mission to China. The dates for the trip are October 20 - 28, 2009. Cities and historical sites that will be visited include Beijing, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, the Forbidden City, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, the Great Wall, and the Ming Tombs. There is an optional tour to Xi’an available to see the spectacular terra cotta warriors.
The cost is $1,699 per person, (based on double-occupancy) and includes your round trip airfare, 5-star or 4-star hotel accommodations, deluxe tour bus, a knowledgeable English-speaking tour guide in each city, three full meals every day, fees for all attractions and any applicable taxes. A single room will cost an additional $450 and upgrade to business class on the round trip flight is $4,500. The optional excursion to see the terra cotta warriors in Xi’an is an additional $450 charge. A non-refundable registration fee of $200 per person is required at the time you register and no later than August 1, 2009.
